Arthur Smitherman - York West

Addressing Government Neglect ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

Arthur Smitherman is a local community activist. His activism has been primarily centered on the Humber River Health Coalition. The mandate of the HRHC is primarily about keeping the Finch site of the Humber River Regional Hospital open. York-West is one of the most ethnically diverse areas in all of Canada; and has two of the most neglected Postal Codes in all of Canada. It has been subjected to constant Human Rights abuses by its elected officials – and this manifests in its demographics.

No Tankers on Our Coasts ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

A supertanker "dirty oil" spill in Georgia Strait is a heavy burden to lay on our children and their children and their children's children, and their children's children's children, and their children's children's children's children........

Maggie Braun- Skeena/Bulkley Valley

Action in the Community ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

Hello Skeena Bulkley Valley Voters (and those who don’t vote anymore/never did) My name is Maggie Braun and I am running in the Federal election for the Canadian Action party. I am very simply a true–hearted, 26-year-old, Canadian mother and entrepreneur with a diploma in Ecosystem Management. I was born in Bracebridge, Ontario, and spent my formative years in an amazing tribal society within Papua New Guinea. My teenage years where spent between Canada and abroad, namely the USA and St. Lucia, West Indies. I moved here after college to start a family and gain employment with the sense that this is one of the most pristine and free places in Canada to down my roots and protect if necessary.

My acquired skills enable me to zero in on the exact cause of complicated problems such as we have in Canada today.

Gordon Cochrane - Simcoe/Grey

Canada, A Great Experiment ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

Gord has always believed that Canada is one of the greatest experiments in the human existence, but for many years he has been concerned that it was being neglected as people forgot about the sacrifices of many of its citizens in the past as they struggled to survive in increasingly complicated and stressful lives. He now believes that the very fabric of the country is being torn asunder by the competing forces of greed and dwindling resources in an un-necessarily violent world.

Time for Change ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

My approach to Politic's is populist and as apolitical as possible.  I have never belonged to a political party other than CAP.
I would prefer not to be involved in the electoral process but threw my hat in with CAP because the political direction in Canada has an obvious tendancy toward fascism and global government.

No other political entity, apparently has the courage to speak out against globalism and has an anti-war stance.

Robert Innes - Hamilton East/Stoney Creek

Hamiltonian by Birth and Occupation ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

The recent rejection of Fluoridation by the residents of Calgary and Waterloo has brought attention to concerns that health risks of Fluoridation outweigh stated dental benefits. Generally hydrofluocilicic acid is added to drinking water. People increasingly worry about the effects of such chemicals. Think DDT, food dyes, hydrogenated oils, hormones and other additives.

Bill Thomas - Edmonton/Strathcona

Standing for Canada ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it )

Truly good men will not tolerate the existence of evil, but rather, will rage against it in every form which it assumes. They will relentlessly pursue justice and equality for all mankind, regardless of stature. They will speak the truth always, even if it causes their undoing. They will not tolerate inhuman suffering to be inflicted upon others, and will rise up with righteous anger against those who impose it upon others.
